With the presentation of this plaque,the Band wishes to commemorate fifty years of faithful service by Mr. R. Norman Andrew.

Not only has Norman been a continuous playing memberof the Band for fifty years, he has held various positions including President,Social Director, Uniform Manager,and his current position, Secretary.

     Perhaps his most inconspicuous, but yet most valuable position has been that of arranger for concerts and parades and more importantly, for seeing that enough bodies are present at these Band functions.
